Subscriptions and Plans
This page explains how to choose a plan, change it, and cancel or reactivate your subscription. These actions are performed by an organization administrator on the Billing page.
Choosing a plan
The billing page lists the available plans (Free, Pro, Max) with their per-seat pricing for monthly and annual billing. To subscribe to a paid plan:
- Select Pro or Max.
- Pick the number of seats you need and a billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Continue to the secure Razorpay checkout and complete payment.
After payment, the page confirms your subscription is active. It checks for confirmation automatically for a few minutes, so you do not need to refresh.
Changing your plan
You can move between paid plans or switch your billing cycle at any time. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the charge is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the period. Annual billing is typically cheaper per seat than monthly.
Adding or removing users changes your seat count automatically. Removing a user mid-cycle accrues account credit for the unused time, which offsets your next charge.
Cancelling and reactivating
- Cancel — your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, then drops to the Free plan. There is a grace period during which you can change your mind.
- Reactivate — within the grace period, you can reactivate a cancelled subscription and continue without interruption.
Trials and coupons
Some organizations start on a beta trial. You can also redeem a coupon code on the billing page to extend a trial or activate a complimentary subscription. Enter the code and it is applied immediately if valid.
