Invoices and Credits

This page covers your billing history, account credits, and storage usage. You will find all three on the Billing page.


Invoices

Every charge produces an invoice. The invoice history lists your past invoices with their date, amount, and status, and is paginated so you can scroll back through your billing history. Invoices are generated automatically by the payment provider on each billing cycle and when you change plans.


Credits

Account credit builds up when you are owed money without a direct refund being issued, most commonly when you remove a user partway through a billing cycle. The unused portion of that seat's cost is credited to your account.

The credits card shows:

  • Your pending balance (credit not yet applied).
  • A list of recent credit entries, each with the amount, the reason it was granted, and when it was added.

Credit is applied automatically toward future charges. Credit can expire if unused for an extended period, so the entry shows an expiry date where applicable.


Storage usage

Your plan includes a storage quota that scales with the number of seats. The storage card shows how much you have used against two limits:

  • A soft cap, where you are warned that you are approaching your limit.
  • A hard cap, above which new uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade.

Keeping an eye on this card helps you avoid interruptions when uploading attachments.
