Billing Overview

The Billing page is where an organization administrator manages your subscription, seats, storage, credits, and invoices. You can reach it from the main navigation. Most billing actions are limited to administrators; other members may see a read-only summary.


What you will find

The billing dashboard shows your organization's current state at a glance:

  • Current plan — your plan name (Free, Pro, or Max), its status, and the renewal or end date.
  • Seat usage — how many users you have versus what your plan allows. Seats are billed per active user.
  • Storage — how much file storage you have used against your plan's quota, with a warning as you approach the cap.
  • Credits — any account credit you have accrued (for example, from removing a user mid-cycle). Credit is applied automatically to future charges.
  • Status banners — clear messages when your account is in a trial, past due, read-only (over limit), or running on a complimentary plan.

Plans and seats

Eythio offers a free tier plus paid Pro and Max plans, billed monthly or annually. Paid plans raise your limits on users, workspaces, and storage. You pay for the number of seats (active users) you have; adding or removing users adjusts your bill automatically.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. When you choose a paid plan, you are taken to a hosted checkout to complete payment. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed.
