Sending Feedback

Eythio is shaped by the people who use it. The Feedback page lets you tell the team what to build next, what to improve, or where the experience could be smoother. Feedback you submit is read by the team and may be linked to the public roadmap.

Submitting feedback​

  1. Open the Feedback page and click Give Feedback.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Title — a short summary of your idea or concern.
    • Description — the detail: what you would like, and why it matters to you.
    • Category — Feature Request, Improvement, UX, or Other.
  3. Submit. Your feedback appears in your list right away.

Tracking your feedback​

The Feedback page lists everything you have submitted, with its category, status, and date. Each item starts at New. As the team reviews submissions, an item may be triaged and, if it is something the team plans to act on, linked to a roadmap item.

Editing feedback​

While an item is still New, you can open it and edit the title, description, and category. After it has been triaged it is locked, so the team's review stays intact.

Feedback, bugs, and the roadmap​

  • Use Feedback for ideas, requests, and improvements.
  • Use Bug Reports when something is broken.
  • Watch the Roadmap to see what is planned and to vote on what matters most to you.
